A couple of weeks ago, I had the opportunity to sit down with the ladies from The View to discuss my book Male vs. Man. We got into politics, parenting, and of course manhood.

Here are some of the key takeaways:

Men look to serve, while males look to be served

That means: Ask your kids what can I do to be a better father to you. Ask your wife, what can I do to be a better husband to you.

You don’t come into your manhood because you reach a “magical age” you have to be taught. And you have to earn it.

Male is my gender, Man is my job
